Celestial Inc. - UX/UI App Design

I was challenged with creating an iPhone app focusing on user experience and interface. I was required to not only demonstrate my understanding of current iOS design guidelines, but also illustrate how I’ve considered the users’ needs within the app’s interface. The application itself uses its GPS and compass to help viewers directly find constellations and learn more about them. The intended audience is people under 10 years old and 50+ years old. I researched how to make the app as user friendly as possible and conducted tests to see if it would make sense. The end result is an elegant, simple application that uses technology to its benefit.
